As expected, realme today released DIZO, the company’s first brand under its TechLife ecosystem. Its brand tagline is “Be Different,” and it promises to offer “Smart Tech Life for Every Different You.” For some time, realme has been searching for highly creative and independent partners around the world to deliver goods to their customers, and DIZO meets all of the requirements, according to the company.
DIZO Brand’s Aim and Service:
The brand aspires to break through the clutter of technological similarities by providing solutions that are tailored to the needs of an individual customer. It will also introduce new products in four categories: Smart Entertainment, Smart Home, Smart Care, and Accessories, according to the company.
The company did not announce which items would be released first under the DIZO brand, but previous rumours suggested that the DIZO Watch and DIZO GoPods D TWS headset will be the first, as they had recently obtained IMDA certification.
The brand will be supported by realme in three main areas: industrial design, supply chain, and an AIoT experience that works seamlessly with the realme Connection App. According to realme, it provides after-sales service in 310+ cities through 320+ service centres, as well as a hotline that is available in both English and Hindi.
