Today, when Google launches I/O, Android 12 may become the focus of attention. It will have a brand new user interface and many new features, some of which we have already found and covered in an article. But it seems that privacy might be talking point on this newer version of Android. Yes. This time, Google’s efforts to rethink its methods and follow in Apple’s footsteps have become a key buzzword. In the latest leak, we can see the appearance of your device’s privacy control center(dashboard) in Android 12.
New Android phones with custom skin by brand already have a basic data privacy center like what Xiaomi did on MIUI 12. However, XDA screenshots show that the redesigned Android 12 Privacy centre not only look different, but also display more useful information.
▶ You can see the exact time and duration. Items such as camera, microphone, and location can be accessed through the app.
▶ You are not limited to these three components’ usage details. The control panel also lists other permissions, so you can quickly view and deny unnecessary permissions on the same screen. Privacy is a subsection in the Android 12s settings app, as shown in the following video, it makes this task easier.
▶ The redesigned console may be an extension of the improved privacy indicator, which will take you directly to a page with appropriate permissions.
