Similar to the S21 Ultra renders shows a 6.8-inch curved display. A similar Quad HD+ Adaptive 120Hz refresh rate screen is expected. The square form, which is similar to the Galaxy Note series, is a significant change in the design. A new P-shaped camera module with a substantial camera hump is also available.

This weird camera bump will house four cameras, one of which will most likely be a telephoto lens and the other a 3D ToF sensor. A 108MP back camera is expected. Another significant difference is the inclusion of a built-in S Pen slot in an S series phone for the first time, similar to the Note series. The S21 Ultra was the first Galaxy S series phone to feature the S Pen with Wacom technology, but the S Pen was sold separately and Samsung also marketed S Pen covers.

The phone’s dimensions are estimated to be 163.2 x 77.9 x 8.910.5mm (including the camera bump) According to current rumors, depending on the market, the phone will be powered by Exynos 2200 or Snapdragon 898 SoCs. In India, the S22 is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon SoC. A 5000mAh battery with 45W quick charging is supposed to be included.
