Gboard is the very first new Wear OS app in years. Users would be able to type more easily and quickly as a result of the announcement. The app also features multi-language support, scrollable word suggestions, voice input, gesture typing, and a complete QWERTY keyboard, per the Google.
On the preview screen, you can also review and edit your message, which includes recommendations and corrections. There’s also room for several languages. You can easily switch between keyboard languages using the app.
In the official unveiling post, Google also teases that there will be “more in store” for Wear OS in 2021. With Google I/O coming up later this month, we will hear about these new features real soon.
