Apple Music: Check out the details about the all-new Voice plan in India

Apple’s “Unleashed” event in October revealed a slew of new products and also a new Apple Music Voice Plan subscription. The M1 Pro and M1 Max CPUs, which are used in the all-new MacBook Pro, were among the many devices on display. The new AirPods 3rd generation and HomePod small colour were also presented to go along with all of the computational capability. Apple has added the Apple Music Voice plan to this musical experience, which costs Rs 49 per month. This new Apple Music package is less expensive than the standard single account plan, which costs Rs 99 per month. The new Apple Music Voice plan offers a discounted rate on a variety of Apple Music features.

Apple Music Voice Plan

The Apple Music Voice plan is a less expensive option to the regular Rs 99 per month Apple Music plan and comes with a slew of Apple Music features. The Apple Music Voice plan gives you access to a library of more than 90 million songs, as well as full playback control and unlimited song skips, all while conversing with Siri. Siri takes centre stage here, with the ability to perform most tasks simply by conversing with Apple’s speech assistant.

The Apple Music Voice plan has a few limitations: it doesn’t support a Lossless or Spatial Audio catalogue, non-Apple devices, lyrics, song downloads, or sharing playlists with friends. Family sharing features such as a personalised library for up to six people and associated recommendations are not available as a single member account.

Australia, Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States will all have Apple Music Voice plans available later this fall. “Hey Siri, start my Apple Music Voice trial,” or sign into the Apple Music app to subscribe to the Apple Music Voice plan. The Apple Music Voice plan’s features will be available on Apple devices that support Siri, such as the HomePod mini, AirPods, iPhone, or any other Apple device, as well as while using CarPlay.

The Apple Music Voice subscription will cost Rs 49 per month. Listeners can upgrade to the Individual plan for Rs 99 per month or the Family plan (for up to 6 people) for Rs 149 per month to get more features including Spatial Audio and Lossless Audio, as well as support for non-Apple devices.
