The Indian PUBG Smartphone fans were surprised to see the title as one of 118 apps that were banned by the Ministry of Electronics and IT for privacy and security reasons. Since then, Indian fans have hoped for their return to the game.

On 21 November, PUBG India was officially registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as a company. The two named directors are: Sean (Hyunil) Sohn and Kumar Krishnan Iyer

There were new good reports about the future of the game in India. Sources indicate that the PUBG Mobile India app is likely to be shared with specific influencers in the region.
However until a day before the official announcement, they are not allowed to post videos related to it. In addition, the Indian version servers are not yet live for these influencers.
