Twitter added 4K image support on iOS and Android!

Following its revelation last month from Twitter that it was testing full-size pictures as timeline previews up to 4K resolution. You can now tweet high-resolution 4K pictures from the official app, whether you’re using an Android or an iPhone!

To enable: 4K Image Upload on Twitter

To allow full-resolution uploads, go to the app, then to “Settings and Privacy,” then “Data usage.” At last, either Wi-Fi only or both mobile data and Wi-Fi must be allowed for “High-quality image uploads.” You’ll also need to make sure the “High-quality pictures” option is switched on if you want to show pictures in up to 4K.
