The launch of its forthcoming X60 series that will feature ZEISS optics was teased already by Vivo. Vivo and ZEISS today formally announced a strategic long-term partnership aimed at jointly promoting and advancing technologies in the area of mobile imaging technology.
Vivo partners with Zeiss Optics to improve Mobile Imaging Technology!
ZEISS and Vivo have announced plans for the construction of the Vivo ZEISS Imaging Center, a facility to support research and development of mobile imaging technologies for high-end smartphones from Vivo. The companies will launch the “Vivo ZEISS Master Photography” campaign in addition to this joint R&D facility to engage consumers who buy a vivo smartphone and build a photographic ecosystem.
The camera lenses of the Vivo X60 series are jointly produced by vivo and Zeiss, with Zeiss optics, and the X60 with Exynos 1080 5nm SoC will be the first phone to be introduced.
For enhanced stabilisation, ultra-wide, Telephoto and ToF cameras, the Vivo X60 will come with a new micro-head sensor. Vivo x60 series smartphone will use world’s first ZEISS Vario-Tessar 1.48-3.4/16-125 ASPH . When it goes official on December 29th, we should know more information about the smartphone.
